I`m feeling so emo now. i wish i didn`t come to japan. this new year`s eve is gonna be the saddest ever. can`t believe japan dun have big celebration like Msia do. or prob they do juz that no one is bringing me there. gonna missed the fireworks n the celebration in msia LOAds. host father said that erm they listen to the bell gong from the temple for 108 times n watch television. then when it strikes 12 am ur supposed to eat soba noodles. then sleep. thats abt it. And its even worst when u dun have ppl who understand wat u speak. would not like to travel anywhere by myself anymore. although my host family are treating me really well and i do appreciate everything they`ve done for me, i really do. no idea how many times i`ve shed a tear. Lol OMg and its only 3 weeks in Japan. i wanna do a wrap up of things of year 2006 but my brain is too cold to think & too emo to blog abt it. so i`ll have a post-year end thing lar.. haha =D cheers! hope everyone have a GREAT new years & celebrate it on my behalf alrights! can`t wait to go HOME sweet home.

AAargh!!! finally received my Ecoe number from monash university aust. after all the hassle of accepting my documents, the email in the offer package sent by monash was WRONG! no wonder i couldn't email my acceptance doc over after dunno how many trillionth times. they juz somehow deliberately forgot abt the letter "s" after the word "document". its actually documentS@adm.monash.edu.au. wat a dumb stupid error can they make. this offer package thingy is prob sent out to hundreds of students all over the world. i tell you!!!! all the hassle i went through that day. *pissed* Actually i've fax them over but my dad wanted me to email n snail mail it over as well.

now problem wif my stupid e-visa application. after filling in the never ending questions on the form, make pmt thru ct card, it directed me elsewhere. didn't receive transaction number or any receipt. *argh* couldn't even tell if i actually made the payment at all. *damn mang i tell u* called up credit card company but they couldn't ensure me that the transaction did/didn't take place as it might be take several days. If i do submit again, later got double transaction even worst. Who's gonna bear the $430 x 2? And the Aust high comm in msia can't help students that does evisa. *argh* hopefully, prays hard that there's no transaction everything will go smoothly tmrw. *cross fingers*

next day we planned to go to pasar seni. everyone woke up kinda late. headed down kl with lrt. this is my very first time going down to pasar seni. hehehe for those who doesn't knoe its a covered "dewan" of 2 floors with ALOT of shops mainly for tourist selling many msia art crafts, batik, souvenirs stuff. we were tourist for the day browse around a lil to compare prices. was thinking of getting normal pewter stuff, batik etc

headed to petaling street to check it out too. but they had usual fake stuff which would be inappropriate. as our stomach were growling... mum went looking for this apparently famous yong tou foo shop. after walking up n down we finally found it near the market area there. a lil (10cents) more expensive than pj but my mum claims the "che cheong fun" more "waat'. haha taste the same to me though. the tofu was big n soft, definitely one of the better ones i've tasted. we wanted second helping but they were out of che cheong fun. thats how fast n popular it is. prob coz we were there at 3 pm also. haha

later we check out this shop selling cheong sam. i thought they were pretty cheap n fitted me nicely. a lil tight at my bust area though. mum afraid if i do get a lil fatter... sure kenot fit in adi. the horrible thing was they didn't have a fitting room. had to wear over my shirts n pants. so haha had trouble trying them on lar. its those typical cheong sam wif chinese collar n pretty flowers n its till my knees. got black, gold, dark blue, pink etc. the flowers stand out more on the black one but dad insist that i get anything but black. it was selling at rm70 a piece n managed to bargain down to rm65. but aih its cheap but the quality is pretty bad too. strings were loose at several places. but then again for that price can't expect much also rite. aih regretting that i didn't get it!!!

went back to pasar seni to buy several stuff from a chinese couple's shop. they introduced several things that are commonly bought by japanese. got a whole load of stuff for rm80.

Later that night went out for drinks wif bday girl tsc, eli, kimfei n couz at laundry bar. no idea wats the hype all abt laundry bar lor. haha tables n chairs that remind us of high school. no comfy sofas. n it was football game night (liverpool vs dunno who) so it was freaking noisy! haha =p i shared peach martinis wif couz dunno whether stirred or shaken. tasted *bleh* at first but i like the 'after-taste'. saw serena c (lurve her short hair) & phat fabes there. and Adam (the guy minami thought was good-looking) he looks soooooo much more skinny in real life. And the good thing was i didn't have rashes!!! well alil at my breast area lar but can hardly see.

yay!!! couz was down for the weekend. its been a loooong time since we met up. we have sooo much to catch up n yet so lil time. brought them out for lunch at tmn paramount there. supposed to have the popular "yong tou foo" but unfortunately it was closed that day.
anyhow we went to the one behind it. no wonder there's sooo many parking spots available there. haha had pork noodle which is smtg i got hooked on lately which is served wif the 'chinese sausage' dunno wat its called. *yummy*

later we headed to tesco to do some grocery shopping. wanted to bring couz to ou for window shopping but apparently they went there yesterday. And managed to walk the entire OU in ONE hour. so i kinda did my grocery shopping for my preparation to aust n japan. mum insisted that i compared the prices wif other places like guardian n watson. came home and weighed my toiletries to approx 6 kg. *oh nooo!* thats too much... won't have space for clothes/shoes/etc wei...

later headed for dinner wif other relatives at King Crab (opp kelana jaya station). would be missing many dinners like this when aust relatives are back as i wud be in japan.

30/11/06 - me turning big 20

woke up pretty early today. Followed dad to bank to TT $$$ for my transfer to aust. Apparently he wants me to learn how to deal wif bank stuff but dun think it was fruitful as he did everything. Haha I’m sure I’ll pick it up when I’m in aust. *no worries*

hehe sorry jules!!! Had soooo miss calls from u at all different inconvenient times. Like 2 am in the morning… 9am as well…Didn’t knoe you had a 016 number. No wonder I tried calling back n went straight to inbox. Haha weird! Anyway good to hear from ya… will be awaiting for my pretty sexy pressie. Lol =P

day started feeling frustrated n irritated wif monash university. Was trying to send acceptance letter over to aust. Scanned all the documents needed…attached to email to sent over But ALL was *tendang* balik. FAILED!!! Tried to resize it to smaller size also kenot. Tried sending email w/o any attachment also kenot. Argh why lar provide us an invalid email address which is smtg I dun understand at all. *piss* monash wif such great name but horrible services to students. gonna deal wif that tmrw.

sorry eevonie n tpy if I’ve caused any inconvenience whatsoever. Hehe even though our Neway karaoke was delayed a lil, I had a super enjoyable wonderful time wif both of ya. hehe lemme give thumbs up to Neway at OU for such a great experience. First of all, we had a VIP room (which is actually for 10ppl, prob they knew it was my bday) haha boy the VIP room is like 3 times bigger than the small room in Redbox… we even had our own individual toilet . secondly we have plasma tv n is super duper huge I tell ya. Haha we were all so amazed wif the layout of the room n the size of everything. Additional points for their well-mannered-dressed-in tux attendants who were super helpful even though were call upon dunno how many times for *jakun* ppl like us.

Haha we didn’t knoe how to work their remote n thought they had such limited songs. But after we were taught how to change the language to English…boy the songs were endless I tell ya. Best thing was the Chinese artists all had picture of them for us to choose from. Haha for Chinese illiterate ppl like us. =p I thought it was pretty reasonable for their student rate (rm8++) for a drink n a meal (which was pretty good to me) for 4 hours. But obviously wif their “have to take tidbits” which costs a bomb juz like Redbox. We sang a whole variety of songs from English…malay…Korean…birthday song (in many erm dialects) japanese.. mandarin…oldies…plus the added bonus DISCO songs. Haha if ur smart like us, you’ll know that there’s a switch for disco lights! *woohoo* and they’re all sooo pretty. So we had our lil disco dancing too. =) Neway vs Redbox?? Neway all the wayyy. One day we must go try their buffet too k. oh there’s ladies night (free for ladies) for after midnight on weekdays. haha i'm like promoting for them.

After all the hyper singing n dancing n camwhoring, we headed to padini authentics to use my 30% discount voucher. Haha on the very last day. And again I spent abt rm60 on a pink flats, a black long sleeve top n a pair of sunglasses. *sounds like a pretty good bargain to me* Hehe can’t wait for mega sales which is starting tmrw when my $$$ is depleting to 0.00. *ohhh Noooo!!!* my savings which was almost able to buy a brand new digi camera has diminish to only being able to buy 10% of that. This is reallll bad!!! And the mega sales haven’t even started. I’ve been spending average 100 every time I go out on well things I think I need to buy. I NEED a job desperately now. a real short period of time n really flexible too. I wouldn’t mind doing anything now. I’m dead serious! Lemme knoe if u knoe of ANY at all. Desperate measures for desperate needs!!!

After that rushed for my erm pretty late delayed dinner at Absolute Thai at Ikano with namcy suepeng puiyee calvin n “we felt ur presence there vee” =) its been long since I had great laughs with you all. *thx vee for making us really horny talking to u thru namcy’s hp* really miss ya babe! Dinner was really good juz that I was too full n so much food was wasted. Haha but thx to calvin for helping us out. =D sry had to postponed our drinking session to some other day. Lets make it soon before I go japan k.

Went home feeling really really tired after the loooong day. And I had secret receipe chocolate mud cake waiting for me. *YUMS* blew candles on my birthday cake wif family. Would be my last birthday wif them before I fly to aust. Prob gonna celebrate my 21^st in a foreign country far far away in aust all by myself. =( *hitori de*

Ohh couz…thanks for ur birthday present!!! Lurve them lotsss. =) hope ur feeling much better now n prob seeing u tmrw for dinner. We have ALOT to catch up since the last time we met. Lets do a sleepover either at my place or aunt lucy’s place k.
